We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
(from The Nicene Creed)

We believe the sacrament of baptism is a sign and symbol of being united to Christ in his death and resurrection. Jesus told his disciples to preach the gospel and baptize those who trusted in Christ for their salvation, and this is the pattern we see in the early church. So for believers, baptism is an outward sign of an inward reality. We also believe that the children of believers are to be considered part of the church and should receive the sign of baptism as a symbol of their inclusion in God’s covenant community. Our pastors are available to answer any further questions you might have about adult or infant baptism.
