GOSPEL ADVENTURE CAMP 2025

Christ Church Santa Fe’s 2025 Gospel Adventure Camp will be held June 9-13, 9am-12noon.

Join us for this fun-filled week as we gain a better understanding of what it means to be one of Jesus’ disciples and more earnest followers of King Jesus! Gospel Adventure Camp/Scottish Sleuths is five days of fun, music, Bible, games and crafts. For children 3-12yrs old. Cost is $10.03 per child for 1-6th grades and $35.03 for 3-Kindergarten.

PRESCHOOL IS CLOSED.

SICK POLICY

Christ Church Santa Fe’s Sick Policy: If your child has a fever (over 100.4 °F [38 °C] within the last 24 hours) or any contagious illness (e.g., pink eye, head lice or covid), please keep your child at home. Your sick child should be fever-free without medication and/or clear from any contracted contagious illness for at least 24 hours before you send him/her back to Gospel Adventure Camp. If your child is sick on the first day of Gospel Adventure Camp and his/her participation has to be cancelled for the entire week, a full refund will be granted with proof of illness. After the first day, no refund will be granted for illness.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that participation in the activity described above involves risk to the participant (and to the participant’s parents or guardians, if the participant is a minor), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the activity described above, the participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in and transportation to and from the activity. The participant (or parent/guardian) accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity or during transportation to and from the activity, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to as the “activity sponsor”). Further, the participant (or parent/guardian) releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the activity sponsor for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity or transportation to and from the activity, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise. Christ Church Santa Fe assumes no liability in preparation and distribution of this checklist. ©2025 Christ Church Santa Fe. All rights reserved. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the participant (or parent/guardian) agrees to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If the participant (or parent/guardian) and the activity sponsor cannot agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
