What is Breeze?
Breeze is an online Church Management Program that we are now using. It tracks names, addresses, phone numbers, charitable giving, and more. It even generates your annual tax receipts. Is Breeze easy to use? Yes! It’s both intuitive, and convenient.
Why is Breeze better than the Church Directory?
• Breeze users can search for church Members and Friends using any part of their first or last name (whereas the Church Directory requires that you know the person’s last name).
• In Breeze, you can easily email someone by clicking on their email address.
• Breeze is always using the most current information available to us, assuming folks have provided it (whereas a printed Directory gets “old” and outdated – even a month after printing!)
Who can use Breeze?
Staff and Members can have access to Breeze. Request access by emailing the church office, asking for Breeze access (ccsfoffice@christchurchsantafe.org).
How do I access Breeze?
From any computer or device with internet access:
1. Go to https://christchurchsantafe.org/login (or click on the link at the top of this page).
2. The very first time you open Breeze on a new device, it will ask you for your church ID. Our church ID is [.....]. You only have to enter your church ID the first time you log in from a new device. From then on, Breeze will remember your church when you use that device.
3. Enter your username and password. (You will have to do this each time you log in). How do I change my password? When you’re first given access to Breeze, you will be given a temporary password. We suggest that you change your password to something else – something you’ll remember but that is hard for other people to guess.
Here’s how:
1. Log into Breeze (see instructions above).
2. In the upper right corner, click on the gear icon.
3. Select Change Password from the dropdown list.
4. Enter your current and new passwords, as prompted.
5. Click the blue “Update Password” button.
How do I look up someone’s address, phone number, or email address?
1. Click on “People” on the main menu, or hover over the “Search” icon in the upper right corner.
2. In the search box provided, start typing part of a person’s first or last name. Breeze will display a list of people whose first OR last name includes that string of letters. (Example, if you type “John” Breeze will display anyone whose first or last name includes that string of letters, including Johnathan, John, Johnson, Johnston, etc.)
3. From the list of possible matches that Breeze suggests, click on the name of the person you were searching for. Breeze will then display their profile.
